Leadtec Professional is a state-of-the-art real-time shop floor control system designed to improve productivity, automate payroll calculation, control work-in-process inventory, and much more by increasing individual operator performance and enhancing management visibility into shop floor operations. With Leadtec Professional, production employees use individual terminals with barcode slot readers and/or RFID scanners to account for their time, enter production activity, report problems (off-standard), and track their performance throughout the course of their work day.
