The Leadtec Statistical Quality Control System (SQC) provides a convenient mechanism for implementing both SQC and Quality Auditing (QA) functions in the factory. This capability can significantly reduce the administrative costs associated with maintaining acceptable quality levels. Defects can be identified and entered at any operator terminal, while quality audits can be performed at designated quality control audit checkpoint(s) in the factory. Examples of the reports available through SQC include:
Users can also develop custom reports and inquiries with third party tools.
The Measurement Tolerance Analysis function enables auditors or inspectors to record measurement data for critical measurements. The data entry mechanism prompts for user-defined measurements associated with any number of different garment types and can require entry of specific measurements on each garment. Measurement tolerance results can be shown in a histogram type presentation to illustrate the occurrence of actual measurements against the standard.
Leadtec SQC can also collect statistics to assess product damage by fabric supplier, sewing process, and laundry with the potential to identify chargebacks due from suppliers, contractors or other factory resources.
